Dr. Melanie Hould graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Montreal in 2008. She completed her residency in family medicine, and since 2011, has worked as a hospitalist at the Hawkesbury General Hospital.
From the outset of her work as a family physician, Dr. Hould has been interested in treating venous disease. She trained in phlebology in Quebec, Ontario and the United States, and since 2014, her practice has focused on non-surgical approaches to chronic venous disease, including visual and ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy.
In addition to her work as a phlebologist, Dr Hould has also developed an expertise in aesthetic medicine. She has extensive experience in aesthetic facial injections using dermal fillers and neuromodulators, and has completed the highest level of training in MD Codes, an injection technique recognized worldwide for achieving the most natural injection outcomes for every patient’s unique facial structure.
Dr Hould is entirely dedicated to her medical injection practice, and is known for her professional, patient-first approach. She regularly seeks new opportunities to broaden and share her knowledge and abilities in phlebology and medical aesthetics.
Dr Mélanie Hould is a member in good standing of the Quebec College of Family Physicians, the Ontario Medical Association, the Canadian Medical Association, the Canadian Phlebology Society, and the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine.
